Collateral was designed for both digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on visual storytelling through video content to drive buyer interest and engagement.

Collateral Included:

“Coming Soon” Teasers – Branded graphics and short teaser videos to generate early buzz across Instagram, Facebook, and email.

“Just Listed” Packages – Flyers, social media carousels, and 30–60 second walkthrough or highlight videos showcasing key property features.

Open House Promotions – Static graphics and vertical-format video invites for Instagram Stories/Reels and TikTok to maximize turnout.

“Under Contract” & “Sold” Announcements – Branded social content and recap videos used to reinforce success and support future lead generation.

Key Contributions:

Created visually consistent marketing materials across all phases to maintain brand recognition and build narrative continuity.

Shot and edited property photos and videos tailored for social media, including dynamic captions, music, and agent call-to-actions.

Collaborated closely with agents and photographers to ensure assets were aligned with campaign timing and listing features.

Implemented cross-platform distribution strategies to maximize visibility across social, email, and brokerage websites.

Results:

Helped listings generate 408% more inquiries compared to prior campaigns.

Contributed to 231% increase in open house attendance.

Listings marketed with this full lifecycle approach consistently sold 47% faster or above asking.
